By choosing a managed solvent recycling service, you avoid expensive regulatory costs and speed up operation. Customize an on-site solvent recycling program that meets your requirements – with direct installation and operational training for your staff. All of the components of the recycler are cleaned and adjusted on-site to prevent the risk of contamination, discoloration, leaks or spills.
With all of the complication involved with managing industrial waste — plus the regulatory burden — it makes sense for business, and the environment, to explore recycling alternatives. Nearly any solvent can be distilled and recycled.
how it works
1. Installation
Choose a recycling system for your facility. We will install 1-gallon units through 60-gallon units.
2. Select Program
Choose a program that fits your needs. Recycling systems are available to purchase, lease or on a cost-per-use basis.
3. Processing
Used solvent aggregated in your facility will be processed either continuously or in batch. Systems are built to run 24/7 and are PLC-driven.
4. Recovery
Our systems recover 98% of recycled solvents; The typical solvent loss is 15-30% depending on evaporation or carry-out, but the rest stays in your facility.
5. Supplement
We can supplement solvent loss with virgin solvent to create a complete chemical management program.
