VpCI®-126 Blue HP UV Shrink Film combines high-strength resins with ultraviolet light stabilizers and Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor Technology, giving multi-metal protection for parts, equipment and vehicles in aggressive outdoor conditions. Unlike preservation films that rely on white pigments to reflect UV light, VpCI®-126 HP UV contains inhibitors that protect the polymer itself from UV exposure and prevent degradation. Recyclable.

Why pay for the UV grade. The corrosion chemistry is the same as standard VpCI®-126. What you are buying is film life. On an unstabilized film, sunlight fails first: the film chalks, turns brittle and splits — and once the package opens, the vapor phase protection is gone with it. UV stabilization keeps the package intact through months of outdoor exposure, which is what keeps the protection working.
