Description

300W Pulsed Fiber Laser Cleaner – Portable Trolley

The Cloudray CL-300 is a 300W pulsed laser cleaning machine for rust, paint, oxide and grease removal. A MOPA pulsed fiber source puts short, high-peak pulses on the surface, so contaminants ablate while the base metal stays cool. That makes it a good fit for molds, precision parts, aluminum, thin sheet and weld cleaning, where a continuous-wave laser can discolor or warp the part.

The unit is air cooled with no external chiller, rolls on a trolley case and runs on standard 110–240V power, so it moves easily between workstations or out to the job.

Laser safety

This is an open-beam Class 4 laser. Operators need wavelength-rated (1064 nm) laser safety eyewear, a controlled work area and fume extraction, and your program should follow ANSI Z136.1. For a fully enclosed Class I option, see the CleanTech CF-4020 laser blaster cabinet.

After cleaning: stop flash rust

Laser cleaning leaves bare, active metal that can flash rust within hours. Protect parts with a Cortec liquid rust preventative or VCI bags until they’re painted, coated or assembled. New to laser cleaning? Start with our laser cleaning machine buying guide.
