Solvent Recycling Systems is bringing the Magido Ultra Series to the US — a pneumatically-lifted immersion washer line, PLC-controlled, with an integrated oil sparger and weir tank to keep the bath clean between cycles.
How it works
During the cycle, a pneumatically operated lift platform lowers the parts into the tank and agitates them with an up-and-down motion while ultrasonic energy at 25 kHz works soil out of geometry a spray simply can’t reach. An oil sparger and weir tank skim contamination off the bath continuously, and a compressed air blow-off gun finishes parts before they come off the platform.
