Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless-steel, the ULTRA-900 features a pneumatically operated load immersion platform that lowers and agitates parts through an up-and-down motion, forcing heated cleaning solution through internal passages and blind holes. A high-power 3,000-watt ultrasonic system operating at 25 kHz delivers consistent cavitation for thorough cleaning without damaging sensitive parts.
An integrated oil weir tank continuously separates floating oils from the wash solution, extending bath life and maintaining cleaning performance. PLC controls housed in a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure provide reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
