Why recovery drives the economics
In a production blast room, operators spend more time recovering media than actually blasting if the recovery system is undersized. Faster recovery means more blasting hours, less abrasive lost, and lower media cost per part. Matching the recovery system to your throughput is the single biggest decision in a blast room.

Matching recovery to throughput
Light or intermittent use is well served by pneumatic (PARS2000) or vacuum (PARS5000) recovery. As utilization climbs, mechanical (MARS2000) and hybrid (HARS2000) systems keep abrasive moving so operators keep blasting. If your building can’t be excavated, mechanical loading solves the retrofit.
