What’s the difference between Standard and Heavy Duty (3 Mil) bags?
Standard bags use a 2 Mil film built for everyday distillation loads. Heavy Duty bags step up to a thicker, more puncture- and heat-resistant 3 Mil film for heavy paint solids, high-solids waste, and high-temperature vacuum recycling — where a thinner bag can soften or tear mid-cycle.

What size bag do I need?
Bag size should match your recycler’s chamber capacity. We stock nine capacities from 3 to 64 gallon. If you’re not sure which size your machine takes, send us your recycler’s make and model and we’ll confirm before you order.

Will these bags fit my recycler if it isn’t a Kresco?
Many of our bags are also used across similar batch and vacuum solvent recyclers. Contact us with your machine’s make and model and we’ll confirm compatibility before you order.

How often should I replace my solvent recycling bag?
Replacement frequency depends on your solvent contamination level and batch volume. Most facilities replace the bag when it’s full or when solvent flow slows during distillation.

Do you sell single bags, or only by the case?
Bags are sold in cases of 100, so you always have replacements on hand — no waiting on a reorder mid-cycle.
