The thicker 3 mil film stands up to heavy paint solids, dried coatings, and the stress of high-temperature and vacuum distillation, where thinner bags can soften, pull, or tear before the cycle ends. Line the boiler, run your cycle, and lift the residue out clean — less mess, fewer failures, and a cleaner still chamber. 100 bags per pack. Changing thermic oil often?
Thermic oil should be changed at least every 2,000 hours — most distillation faults trace back to oil that’s overdue, and recovery drops until it’s replaced. Stay on schedule to protect your recovery rate. If an older unit keeps faulting even with fresh oil, a newer recycler may pay for itself in months.
