The thicker 3 mil film stands up to heavy paint solids, dried coatings, and the stress of high-temperature and vacuum distillation, where thinner bags can soften, pull, or tear before the cycle ends. Line the boiler, run your cycle, and lift the residue out clean — less mess, fewer failures, and a cleaner still chamber. 100 bags per pack. Technical Data: Solvent Recycler Bag Film
Our solvent recycling bags are made from a high-temperature film built for the inside of a solvent distiller: it holds up to the boiling point of the solvent, releases the dried residue cleanly, and resists the solvents you are recycling. This heavy-duty 3 mil bag uses the same film as our standard 2 mil bag at a heavier gauge; values below are from the film technical data sheet (reported for 2 mil).
