How It Works
The roll rotates on powered supports while a traversing nozzle with adjustable stroke length blasts cleaning media across the full engraved face — uniform coverage, no missed bands. Spent media and released ink dust fall to the hopper, where a cyclonic recycler separates reusable media from fines. Media returns to the nozzle; dust is captured in a cartridge dust collector. It’s a closed loop: no rinse water, no chemical bath to dispose of.
