Description
Kresco PCC Series pail crushers compact empty paint, thinner and chemical pails from quarter-gallon cans up to 13-gallon drums by as much as 80%, turning a pallet of empties into a fraction of the disposal volume. Three pneumatic models use a double-acting cylinder with 1,900 to 5,500 lb of force at 100 psi; the hydraulic PSB9 handles pails up to 53 gallons. All are fully automatic with a door safety interlock, and the pneumatic units mount on a bench or wall. Built in Quebec, Canada; sold and supported by Solvent Recycling Systems.

Where It Fits
Any plant with a paint booth or mixing room generates empty pails: coatings, thinner, reducer, solvent. Crushing them on site cuts hauling volume and often the per-container disposal charge.
