The MAGIDO L-122HP is a high-performance industrial jet-spray parts washer engineered for fast, effective cleaning of large and heavy components in demanding manufacturing environments. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the L-122HP combines automated spray washing with a dedicated high-pressure spray wand system for detailed spot cleaning and stubborn contaminant removal
An automatic rotating turntable moves parts past optimized stainless-steel V-jet spray nozzles positioned above, below, and around the load for consistent, 360-degree cleaning coverage. For precision or rework cleaning, the integrated HP spray wand—activated by foot pedal and protected by safety interlocks—allows operators to target specific areas without interrupting production flow.
Designed for industrial reliability, the L-122HP includes an integrated oil skimmer, removable chip basket, automatic fluid-level protection, and a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure, making it ideal for machine shops, OEMs, automotive suppliers, and heavy manufacturing operations.
