Description
The Magido L-212 is a heavy-duty dual-stage front load parts washer with a 59″ x 59″ turntable and fully independent wash and rinse systems — and it has become a favorite aircraft wheel washer for FAA Part 145 wheel & brake shops. Configured with guillotine doors on both sides, it runs as a pass-through machine: load a dirty wheel in one side, unload a clean, rinsed wheel out the other, keeping the dirty and clean sides of the shop separated.

Aqueous cleaning ahead of NDT and inspection is standard practice in wheel & brake overhaul, and the L-212’s rinse stage means wheels come out free of detergent film. The pass-through door configuration supports a one-directional workflow through the shop — a layout many Part 145 repair stations already use for tire changes and wheel overhaul lines.
