The SR180 is a large-capacity batch solvent recycler built for shops with daily solvent use up to about 180 liters. It distills your dirty solvent and returns 97%+ clean, reusable solvent in a 4–6 hour cycle — cutting what you spend on new solvent and slashing hazardous-waste volume by up to 90%. How the SR120 / SR180 / SR240 Recycles Your Solvent
Waste solvent is heated indirectly by thermic oil in a sealed distillation tank. Clean solvent vapor condenses and drains to your collection container, while paint solids and contaminants remain in the boiler for simple disposal. Automated PLC controls run the full 4–6 hour cycle unattended.
