Description
The Kresco ECAB Series is an industrial sandblast cabinet with a built-in cyclonic media reclaimer: every blast cycle, the reclaimer pulls dust and broken-down fines out of the abrasive and returns only good, reusable media to the gun. That is what separates a production abrasive blast cabinet from a hobby unit — lower media spend, consistent finish from the first part to the last, and clear visibility inside the cabinet all shift long. Built for shops blasting daily: fab shops, machine shops, powder coaters, rebuilders, and anyone doing surface prep before paint or coating.

- Tunable cyclonic reclaimer — a tool-free adjusting band controls the size of the fines extracted, so one cabinet runs aluminum oxide, glass bead, steel grit, garnet or plastic media
- Heavy-duty 10–12 gauge welded steel cabinet with flush construction that minimizes media spill when the door is open
- Self-cleaning cartridge dust collector with an energy-saving filtration system capturing 99.5% of particles 3 microns and larger; runs with the standard DB13 dust bag or the optional DC50 / DC100 high-efficiency collectors
- Screened hopper prevents clogging from oversized particles and debris
- Rigid door with a self-adjusting latch that stays dust-tight as the gasket ages; optional safety-door switch prevents blasting with the door open
- Simple pneumatic controls, an easily adjustable abrasive regulator, and a wide foot treadle usable with either foot
- LED lighting and ergonomic glove-port layout
- Automation-ready — add a turntable, tumbling basket, or motorized nozzle as volume grows

Which Blast Cabinet Do You Need?
If you blast a few parts a week, the lighter Econoblast Series will do. If you are blasting every shift, or your parts need a repeatable finish, the ECAB’s reclaimer pays for itself in media alone. For heavier production, look at the CleanBlast and PowerBlast pressure cabinets, and for parts measured in feet rather than inches, a walk-in blast room.
