Anilox Cleaning for Wide-Web and Corrugated
Corrugated and wide-web presses can’t send a 100″ roll out for cleaning every time density drifts. The AC40–AC160 Anilox Roll Cleaning Tubs bring the same closed-loop dry blast process as our AC cabinets to full-width rolls — sized from 40″ up to 160″ face widths.
How It Works
The roll turns on powered supports while a nozzle traverses the full engraved face on a rail. Spent media and ink dust are pulled through a cyclonic recycler that returns clean media to the gun and sends fines to a cartridge dust collector — no rinse water, no chemical disposal, uniform cell recovery across the full face width.
