Description
300 GPH Heavy-Duty Pump for Solvent Parts Washers
This is the pump Build-All installs in its base-mounted solvent parts washers — the RTFB48 60-gallon solvent parts washer, the RTFB32 combination rinse tank, and the STD-32, SUP48 and SXL48 washers. It delivers 300 GPH at 1 ft of head and does not shut off until 11.8 ft, which is what keeps the stream at the brush strong when the tank is deep, the hose is long, or a filter element is loading up.
If your washer has gotten slower to clean while the solvent is still fresh, the pump is usually why. Swapping it takes minutes: unplug, lift the old pump out of the tank, reconnect the discharge, drop the new one in.

Fits these parts washers
Standard on the Build-All RTFB48, RTFB32, STD-32, SUP48 and SXL48. It also serves as an upgrade pump for shops that have added inline filtration to a smaller tank, since a filter adds restriction that a 210 GPH pump cannot push through once the element loads.
Running a drum-mounted or sink-on-drum washer? The 210 GPH solvent pump is the correct fit.

How to tell if your parts washer pump is bad
Four signs, in the order you usually notice them: the flow at the brush drops off while the solvent is still clean; the pump runs hotter or louder than it used to; it hums but does not move fluid; it trips a breaker. Before you replace it, check the two cheaper culprits first — a loaded filter element or a clogged intake screen produces the same symptom as a dying pump.
Solvent pumps vs. aqueous pumps
These pumps are built for petroleum-based parts washer solvent. The seals and impeller are specified for solvent service and will fail early in water-based or caustic cleaners. If you run an aqueous washer, you need an aqueous-rated pump — ask us and we will quote the right one. And never run a submersible pump dry: it is the most common cause of premature failure and is not covered under warranty on any brand.
