Description
The Kresco GW600T is a twin spray gun washer: two complete cleaning stations side by side, each with its own manual wash nozzle, clean-rinse nozzle, brush, air blow gun and automatic cycle for one gravity-feed and one suction-feed gun. Two painters can clean at once, or set one station for solvent-based equipment and the other for waterborne so color and coating changes never wait on a washer. Like the rest of the GW Series it is built on a galvanized housing with a stainless steel tank, powered by a Graco air-operated double diaphragm pump, and backed by a 2-year parts / 5-year pump warranty. Built in Quebec, Canada; sold and supported in the US by Solvent Recycling Systems.

Powered by a Graco Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pump
Every GW Series washer runs on a Graco air-operated double diaphragm pump: 5 US gallons per minute at 90 PSI on less than 2 CFM of air, so it won’t starve the paint booth’s air supply, and it carries its own 5-year warranty. Kresco’s Easy Locate universal spring support locks any gravity- or suction-fed gun in place for a complete wash and keeps fluid out of the gun’s air passages. The galvanized housing and stainless steel tank don’t corrode, and the built-in extraction fan starts the moment the lid opens; a lid-lock switch stops the cycle so nobody gets splashed.
Option: Inline Filtration
An optional inline filtration system with 10-micron cartridges traps paint residue from the circulating fluid. Cleaner fluid cleans better, the pump and nozzles last longer, you buy less cleaning solvent, and Kresco reports up to four times less hazardous waste leaving the shop.
