Suction vs. pressure — the first decision
Suction (siphon) cabinets pull media into the gun with airflow — simpler, lower cost, ideal for lighter and intermittent work. Pressure cabinets push media from a pressurized pot, hitting harder and cutting faster for heavy scale and high-volume production. Most shops start with suction and move to pressure as throughput grows.

Sizing the compressor and media
A cabinet is only as good as the air behind it. Match your compressor CFM to the nozzle, and pick media to the job — aluminum oxide for cutting, glass bead for a satin finish, garnet or steel grit for heavy stock removal. We’ll spec both when you request a quote.
From cabinet to coating
