Description
The Kresco Rubber Belt Tumble Blaster is the heavy-duty answer for cleaning, peening and finishing small workpieces in batches: hardware, forgings, castings, molded parts, anything that can stand being tumbled and bumped against its neighbors. Load the perforated rubber belt, set the precision timer and walk away. The belt keeps the parts tumbling under the abrasive jets so every surface is randomly and repeatedly exposed, and for this class of part no other finishing method matches it for speed and consistency. How It Works
- Load parts onto the perforated rubber belt through the front door.
- Set the timer for the finish you want and start the cycle. The belt rolls the parts in a continuous tumble beneath the nozzles.
- Spent media falls through the perforations to the recovery system, is cleaned in the cyclone and returned to the nozzles.
- At the end of the cycle, open the front unloading chute and let the parts run into a container or onto a conveyor headed for the next operation.

- Matte or satin finishing of molded and die-cast parts before coating
- Cleaning hardware and fittings ahead of plating or powder coat
Belt size, nozzle count and media are matched to your part and production rate at quote. Parts that must not touch each other belong in a basket blaster or on a rotary table.
PLC Control With HMI Touch Screen
Critical operations are automated through a PLC with a touch-screen HMI: a main screen for everyday parameters, an alarm screen with current and resolved alarm history, a password-protected manual screen for maintenance staff, and an integrated maintenance program with reminders.
Media Recovery: Tunable Cyclonic Separator
Every Kresco automated system ships with a stand-alone cyclonic separator. Centrifugal force pulls dust, paint chips, rust and fines out of the air stream and returns sound abrasive to a storage hopper sized to your production target; an adjustable air inlet tunes it to angular or spherical media of any material, mesh size or bulk density, and a large debris drawer catches the rest.
